Available Puppies and Mature Dogs

Available Puppies and Planned Litters – 2026

There are many factors that go into a decision to breed one of our female dogs and introduce a litter of puppies into the world. The first consideration is the overall health and welfare of the female (dam), her age, physical state of health, character and readiness to carry pupies and care for them once they arrive. Before our dogs are ever bred they are health tested to help up rule out any obvious and preventable health issues that could be passed on to puppies. In addition to what DNA health testing can reveal, we are also watchful for conditions for which there is currently no genetic test available, for example Scottie Cramp and CA (Cerebellar Abiotrophy). We work diligently to make a contibution to the breed, but also to the families and individuals who make a commitment to welcome their new puppies into their hearts and homes!

SCOTTISH TERRIERS

SCOTTISH TERRIERS: The Scotties continue to be the priority for me.

  • MacSpur’s Wee Doilidh of Sionnach Ruadh’s (Dolly – black brindle, bred to HeatherBee’s Murdoch Standing Stone aka Murdoch) litter born in January – all puppies are spoken for.
  • Sugared Ivory Orchid (Katie – wheaten girl imported from Poland) was bred to Murdoch in January.
  • HeatherBee’s RhedRock Glitter Girl (Rhed) a black brindle female, bred to HeatherBee’s Murdoch Standing Stone mid February 2026. Litter due mid April. Taking applications now.
  • HeatherBee’s Mystery Maiden (Suzie – black) is planned to be bred later in the year to HeatherBee’s BlackRock Morrison.
  • Koivu’s Calling to Peregrine of Skye (Skye), black female with a planned breeding in the Fall of 2026. and the other in the Fall. It will be a very busy year but there are time sensitive priorities here which dictate the decision-making process. Any dogs who have not been fully tested for OFA/CHIC will have that completed early in the year.

WEST HIGHLAND WHITE TERRERS:

  • Dolden Fin’s Minnie Pearl (Pearl) iwas bred in January and we are now waiting until her pregnancy can be confirmed in a couple of weeks. More to come on this!

REVITALIZED POODLE PROGRAM:

Miniature and Toy Poodles: In Saskatchewan, since April of 2025, over 200 miniature and toy poodles flooded the market due largely to 2 puppy mill situations in the Province. Consequently, all of my poodles will have completed all OFA/CHIC health testing moving into the year so that my contributions to the breed are without compromise. Big news on that horizon as we are joined by OFA/CHIC certified minis and toys, and welcome the addition of Ch Lemoges Prince Elisha as a sire of future litters. Learn more here.

Available Poodles

Taking Applications Now (February 2026):

Whisper

This lovely little miniature poodle is 11 weeks old. Whisper ‘may’ be available to the right home. She has the most loving character possible! An Indigo/Wisp daughter.

Chanel/Wisp puppies

I expect these puppies to mature as toys or tiny toys. Too early to determine whether they will be silver or blue. This is a repeact Chanel/Wisp breeding and the photo is from a litter born a year ago.

Mature Dogs Available

Only rarely do we have adult dogs available if they are retired from our breeding program. Most of our dogs live their full lives as important members of our family. On the rare occasions that we feel a dog will do well in an environment where they will receive more individual attention and it will benefit both the dog and the people they go to will we make the decision to rehome. Dogs who are rehomed are sold with the firm expecation that they will never be used for breeding and that the new home is ideal and offers the best. Dogs are retired from our breeding program while they are still young enough to enjoy many years and are rehomed in a good state of health.

Indigo – CKC Registered Miniature Poodle DOB 08/25/2024

Indigo has exceptional character. She is calm, loving, and does very well with young children as well as with other dogs. She is the ideal family dog! Her colour is considered a faded or dilute ‘blue’ but she appears closer to silver at this point.

We are taking applications now.

Golden Retrievers:

I’ve had to face the reality that I am no longer up to the management of breeding large dogs other than, perhaps, one more Golden Retriever litter if the time feels right later in 2026 or in 2027.. Apply Here Please.
